We ship in temperature controlled boxes via UPS 2-day ground and UPS 2-day Air within the continental United States. UPS 2-day ground is only available in CA, NV, OR, AZ, and UT. Orders to all other locations are shipped via UPS 2-day air. UPS Overnight may be selected at checkout.
Yes, in order for an item to ship in the week ordered, orders need to be received by 6 pm PST on Tuesday. Any order received after 6 pm PST on Tuesday will be shipped on the following Monday.
We ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays.
No. As we use UPS, we cannot ship to PO boxes.
Yes. We use Nordic Drain Safe® ice.
Yes. Our corrugated cardboard box and Tempguard® insulated liners are 100% recyclable. For cooling, we use Nordic Drain Safe® ice, which may be reused or safely drained.
We source directly from recognized California brands with award-winning products and from up-and-coming family owned producers. In all cases, we partner with producers who practice sustainable farming, focus on evolving their craft, and use the best available local ingredients. Yes. You can send Pantry Boxes as gifts. During the checkout process, you can include a gift message that will be printed on the packing slip.
